Hi Janpa. Nice to hear from you. Mono requires a lot of rest. So rest. I

noticed we have several people here from the original K-list who know each

other. Although that list is not as active anymore, it is nice that a sense

of community of sort is maintained by this Satsangha. We do have a lot of

highly knowledgeable people here on practical aspects of kundalini

experiences, manifestations and different types of Samadhis. By the way Jan

is male. He mentioned it but just wanted to let you know. Thanks for your

latest sharing Holly. It was wonderful. I hope HMT will join us soon.
