G Exactly, this is a state of quiet, silence, and movement or spontaneous flow. The term self realized only says you remember the True Self. > > 2. That which is, is peace. G The striving, thinking, wanting are all a part of the duality of trying to figure it out, it can't be done. You surrender into it in complete acceptance knowing that all is perfect. Some people have a problem with this, they can't see the perfection in what the mind thinks if flawed, until we do see this however, we continue to fight and manipulate to try to make something happen. Surrender is letting go and being filled with life as the light of spirit creating the dance. No right or wrong, just being. > > God bless you all > Harsha > > ------ > Is ONElist important to you?
