Oneness

I look in the tide pool

where things appear captive

wrested from mother-sea

Are they really separated?

then, I see my own reflection.

 

I reflect on the world

where events look earth-centric

cocooned from the cosmos

Can they really be separate?

then, I recognize my Self.

 

I peer at the universe

where all is single point-bound

confined from the "multiverse"

Can they really be separated?

then, I re-discover my Self

 

The islands of existence

are but same as the one sea

that spawns them

for there is no separation:

I AM is always only one.
