Guest guest
I had a dream last night and as such imply no authority but that beyond the acknowledgment of a dream. I stood alone in a battlefield where many were slain by my own hand. My sword risen high to God glistened with a light that was so intense that the sword hummed. It was at the end of a great battle and I alone stood. Over the hills swarmed yet on more army. I could see that the army was weak but the leader of the charge held a sword like mine. It was black and to look at it cast fear into my heart. A voice, not mine but inside me, said... "Go this battle belongs to me!" So I turned and fled. The army was in pursuit and chased me. My lungs were burning and I tired. I ran as commanded until I found myself at the edge of a wide and deep chasm. I slid to a stop and turned to face my pursuers that close in like the wind. I took several steps away from the edge and planned my assault on the final army that approached. I prepared myself for battle. Then again I heard a voice "Go this battle belongs to me." I cried out "But I have no place to go! I have not been given direction." The army closed and my heart began to cower in fear of this voice that told me to go. I knew naught but to fight darkness and now that darkness came from within. I managed to fight my way through the first few attacks but soon saw that this battle was going to over power me. I turned and ran towards the edge of the chasm then dove into the open arms of God. I stretched open my arms as I fell. The illusion and delusion were gone and my open eyes watched the rocks rush towards me. Suddenly, I was an eagle and my wings spread wide and full and I soared to the sky. I was free and the wind carried me to a place where I knew that I would find rest. I saw a light and surged upwards towards it. Then, I turned to see what chance found the army that pursued me. They were gone. Instead, I saw you that I had slain. Tears filled me and my heart cried out to God. "I can not be among you if it is at the cost of those that I slain." I turned back towards the earth and become the sword of light in your hands. I became the sword of God. And, he fought the final battle in my name for all his glory and the final victory was his and his alone. Now, I am a man. I stand with you as one for I too, as you, shall bear the weight of all until, as one and many, we may enter the opened gates and find peace. Regards.
