A 'yoga' is anything that takes the focus away from the little 'me' and focuses it on something greater (In the 12-step recovery programs like A.A., the entire focus is giving of the will and life to a "power greater than yourself"). This is the means to Self-Realization. Thus, there is an uncounted number of yogas. There may even be a million or more yogas. If a practice takes focus away from 'me' and puts it on something else, it is worthy of being called a yoga.
