Guest guest
The 12 steps of "Life-a-holics Anonymous" -------- 1. We admitted we were powerless over our egos, that our lives had become unmanageable. 2. Came to believe that a power greater than our egos could restore us to sanity. 3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of Higher Self, as we understood It. 4. Made a searching and fearless inventory of Who We Are. 5. Admitted that we are not what we thought we were. 6. Were entirely ready to renounce the false egoistic 'me'. 7. Humbly embraced Higher Self and Truth. 8. Made a mental list while meditating of all those things that were not Us, and became willing to let go of falsehood. 9. Directly allowed ourselves to BE who we really are. 10. Continued to practice discrimination between the little 'me' and the Higher Self, and when we made mistakes between the two, promptly admitted it. 11. Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our Conscious Contact with Higher Self, praying only that we never hurt another person and that we would Love All as Ourselves. 12. Having had a spiritual awakening as a result of these steps, we tried to act as pointers for other "Life-a-holics," and to practice these principles in all our affairs.
