List,

Lately (the past several days) I've noticed that when I'm not utilizing

mind very much, I am at peace. But when doing things that require a lot of

thought, such as adding to my website, or posting a message that requires

much analysis or deep thinking, I notice a tremendous amount of tension in

my body. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

This is something new. Previously, I could abide either in deep thought or

in lack of thought with a fair amount of relaxation. But now I'm finding

that deep analytical thinking of any kind brings a tension, an anxiety that

wasn't there before.

Is this due to resistance of some kind on my part? Or is it a natural

progression along the path to Realization? If anyone has a clue, I would

appreciate hearing it.

Thanks,

Tim

I thought she was addressing herself to 'me'... perhaps you've been having

Not really concern in this case, I'm sure you can "take care of yourself" -

just wondering why you felt the "need" to reflect the words of another. If

her words were indeed perfect, why did 'you' need to echo that fact?

Just probing deeper into the 'you', and what it might be,

It's called acknowledgement.

It's generally considered

polite, but of course it's

Polite to respond to a post directed to another with "Perfect. Thank you!"

No. This was purely ego patting itself on the back. An ego that calls

itself "Bruce Morgen." Just pointing, Bruce.

Alas, it ain't so easy to die to self to fully gain Self.

Yes, there's a "Tim" here still, although he's grown fuzzier and less

distinct lately.

By definition, "a post"

is public. If Debora

had wanted to address

you exclusively she

would have used private

e-mail. I'm sure of

I've violated some kind

of conversational

convention I'll hear

Thanks, David. The wisest posts to a question asked always seem to appear

long after the initial clamor of all these egos to be the first to offer

their "deep wisdom." It's ALWAYS the "late" answers that seem to be the

truest. The first to speak up always seem to have the least to offer.

With Love (and thanks),

Yes. This is an effect of disbalance.

It was there before.

You just didn't notice it.

>From someone who used to have a rather high-powered intellect I can say that

the issue is not so much intellect but the balance of intellect within yourself.

We tend to emphasize one aspect of ourself to the point it tires and gives

out. Then other aspects of ourself take over and this becomes an opportunity

to become aware of those ignored aspects. Of course this is simplistic as there

can be disbalance toward the 'other' direction. Regardless, the pendulum is

always losing

momentum and ...

Today I am not so 'cerebral' and have great difficulty relating to extensively

intellectual

perspectives. This is fine. The greater sense of accompanied balance is well

worth the

'trade-off.'

Brainlessly,

David

This is the stuff that gets things going. Can you not see that this

vibration from this confrontational approach changes the flow of the

conversation? Perhaps if you were best of friends you would sit down and

have this kind of conversation to achieve change, after the loving bond

was established over time when trust had manifest the most sincere

qualities from both of you.

But when relationships are building on a list such as this, this

creates distrust and hardness around the heart, and the ripples go out

into the group consciousness of the membership. Instead of the feeling

that everyone is working together from love and compassion, there is the

conflicting energies of duality chattering about.

These lists are here to bring souls together in great harmony to bring

light into the world and thus be a source of healing in our planet.

This acts like a beacon of light and love spiritually and directly

affects the astral plane. When lower energy comes to disrupt the process

it dims the light...in the long run making it only stronger, however, it

is important that the participants recognize the individual

responsiblity to how this manifests.

Is there not another way we can handle thoughts and feelings? The way

that most do this is to observe, detach and let it go.
