Well stated, in my opinion. Diet/exercise/lifestyle guru Susan Powter's

theme is Stop the Insanity! It's neti-neti for the Home Shopping

Channel. That's what it's all about. Once that's done we can one day

stop the sanity. Then what's left is what's left. Then we can be sane or

insane.
