"becoming aware of the operations of consciousness". I have seen the internet as a means to engage in collective practice. You are calling this "exercise". We mean the same thing. Sharing, support, playing, and challenging have a high value currency in their application towards community building, but the higher stakes juice for me is in the opportunity to employ Witness to the steps of the inner dance. It feels so good to be here amongst you. Alas... right now, one part of my multidimensional body needs rest.. another will be, undoubtedly, exercising it's play. to be continued, coach...
