Intention: manifestation - unmanifestation

Dear friends..

 

There is so much of quality being written, I hesitate to send this... a

manifestation of more words. Something is moving me to hit the send

button in lieu of the delete.. perhaps, it is merely my need to hear

this in order to anchor something within. As such.. please feel free to

skip or unmanifest it <smile>.

 

I am sending this to all three lists as these thoughts are coming as a

consequence of the weaving of the finely spun awareness-threads from the

gathering of clearing souls at these three campfires. (undoubtedly there

are others).

 

The topic of "intention" and "will" has come up in various threads.

 

Some have asked about what to "do" in Kosovo. Should we intend healing

Light? Gloria has wisely cautioned that we become aware that we not muck

up the energy with our projected ideas.

 

I am suddenly seeing a few dynamics more clearly. Perhaps, this is

obvious and it is only my moving more deeply within something. Still it

helps to articulate it.

 

First it seems interestingly clear that the essential movement of energy

on these lists is of a *different order* than the large-scale boomer

spirituality happening outside our doors. The plethora of books and

workshops emerging now are so frequently about seeing "intention" as the

means to manifestation. Clarify one's intention and poof one's

relationship or work or *life calling* suddenly is in harmony. While I

see value in this awareness, it nonetheless, is almost the antithesis of

what is being noticed here... or better said, here what is noticed is

the principle from the inside.

 

As I see this, the gift of those who have *seen* here is to point to an

observation of *intention*, as a means, perhaps, to notice where self is

manifesting, *but* with the quite different objective of the cessation

of this manifestation (and it's dance between poles) and a relaxation

into yet another more expanded pole which is understood as the

background or merely the ground.

 

So.. here we are, many of us with these two rhythms. We are still

operating in the world of manifestation where "doing" appears on our

screens as a magnet impetus. Juxtaposed, we have these germinating seeds

informing us that it is in... the fertile stillness gleened through

abiding in integrated center and through awareness, employing some

resistence (or reversal) of the magnetic seduction of doing... that we,

in fact, participate in creation (perhaps doing nothing).

 

I had a dream in which I was trying to figure all this out and I woke up

with the phrase.. "I should call it non-doing awareness, instead of, or

in addition to, non-dual awareness".

 

What I am beginning to grasp (as I struggle with a conditioned part

which wants to ferret out what I am supposed to *do* about Kosovo) is

that there is a time when action merely emerges as appropriate, quite

independant from an idea or a movement. I just wrote this to Gloria..

 

Right action in this world situation, right now, feels akin to opening

the aperture of my heart center and igniting (through alignment of

integrity) whatever Light might be carried through me and offering it

towards our collective evolution. Perhaps, it is simply providing the

energetic fuel for certain healing conditions to prevail. There is an

*impulse* to activate a center.. this is different from "doing

something".

 

This felt like a significant shift from either passivity or activity. It

seems as though it is more akin to a willingness to show up and provide

the openness of Being which generates the fuel from which we evolve

toward wholeness. In which case intention might be about stepping out of

ideas and into surrender in service.

 

I have one further thought which wants to be said. It relates to our

interconnectedness. So many of us have been having experiences and doing

this work "alone" for a long time. We likely, have felt misunderstood

within our social culture. Suddenly the internet connects us and, as was

predicted, voila..we are taking deep breathes of in-spiration and

recognition. Suddenly we are re-cognizing that we are not alone.. there

is a whole worldwide community of kindred anomalies. There is power in

this confirmation and amplification of our piece of the awareness

puzzle. So, I ask myself, what would happen if suddenly the internet,

through some damage to the infrastructure, became unavailable. I would

like to think that the resonance of those who have passed through the

birth canal and the community of cells I am here encountering who join

me as we birth this Being, have irrevocably broken open the narrow shell

I thought that I had to live within and that I will reside where I Am. I

thank you all for both the glue that binds and the stimulus to release

the binding.

 

And I thank anyone who has wadded through these thoughts, for your

perseverance and love.

Wow, how beautifully put and so very clear. This is indeed what is

taking place. There is a point in consciousness where the individual

learns he/she is the creator and can pretty much do and manifest

whatever it is he/she wants and desires. This we see a lot of in America

with Prosperity Consciousness, think, believe and create. It is one

stage.

Then comes the realiztion this is not fulfillment at all, in fact, it

is like living in a desire factory. Everything is wanted but nothing

brings contentment. Then the individual is pushed to the next step on

the ladder.

This is the one when the realization comes in...not my will but your

will be done. This changes everything. What use to be created now works

in the opposite way, instead of continuing the desire, create, manifest

cycle, the new awareness says...Now, undo what you have created. Detach

and let it all go.

So to the extent that the creating was manifested, it is time to undo

this process and simply surrender everything to God. This surrendering

literally applies to everything. Does it mean it disappears? Not

necessarily, but it changes to the extreme.

So we see Kosavo, what the creator self would do is determine what is

needed and then approach the subject with that mastery of thinking and

creating. Which was the small I at work. Now it is different, while the

heart is filled with love for God and all of creation, one no longer

works from I think, I want, I feel. It is different isn't it? Now, we

are coming from a very different place...where two or more are gathered

in my name, there I Am. This is the plane of knowing, and it is where

your writing comes in..." the fertile stillness gleened through

This nothing is called... action through non-action. It is the action

we are called to because it is no longer you doing anything. It is the

True Self.
