Merge in the center between the eyebrows And attain oneness. Following the path of discrimination, Firmly fix the pure mind in Om-- The universal sound. Steady the mind by practicing Pure concentration; Become one-pointed. Only by being totally absorbed in the Self, Can we establish our state of consciousness In the Infinite. Enter the sky of the heart! (sahasrara, brahmarandra) See! The world has no separate existence. Be free of this idea of the body!
