The message <005001be8502$381bfe20$2d02280a

from "Harsha (Dr. Harsh K. Luthar)" <hluthar contains

these words:

Dear Harsha

without in any way taking away from this monk.

I have just finished a book entitled " Living on light" about paranic

nourishment Written by Jasmuheen who claims to have done this and

still continuing not only that but over 200 people mainly in

Australia also have been sucessfull according to the book using a 21

day process.

You have to be advanced spiritually to have any hope of achiving this.

There is some information on the web

http://www.reikifire.org/nf-prana.html

The book is good and mentions Babajai the deathless saint and others.

the site is a bit comercial but what isent these days.

The book is well worth a read.
