I could either feel myself getting hyper/manic, or fearful. I pointed out your paragraph above, Harsha, as even studying on a regular basis (with or without meditation) will activate my K, so I must be observant of that balance for myself. At times, I feel this awareness of K (coming up?) too fast and ceasing what I am doing to unintentionally activate it is only my fear of going over the edge once again. But once sanity is restored, it is something that becomes quite valuable and I never want to take the chance of losing again. Do you feel this is fear, or just creating a balance? Taking a risk in this area to continue meditation/study on a regular basis is just out of the question for me... am I a wimp or whaaaaat? LOL Love, xxxtg Harsha: Actually I think you are just totally wonderful TG. That's the truth. I do wish you and your son well and people to embrace you always in Satsangh. To do that which feels easy, natural, and comfortable is alright. To be gentle with others and one's own self is always good. Because there are different stages of life, one need not compare oneself with others. At each stage there is a different pull. Right now your priority is to bring up your son. And that is a spiritual practice exceeding others. There is no other place to be and no particular experience to seek (than the one you are now having TG). One can remain content in peace with that acceptance. If one seeks a particular experience (Kundalini related or otherwise) that is alright as well. What feels right, feels right for some reason, and what feels wrong feels wrong for some reason. When we love our work, it is no longer labor. This is why parents do not mind working hard for their children. Our nature is that of meditation. Shakti is nothing other than consciousness. The manifestations of Shakti are consciousness in movement. If you remain indifferent to the movements (manifestations and experiences of Kundalini Shakti), The Shakti Itself will show you, that there is only Shakti, That Is the Self, and That Is Only You.
