I like the word implant, in that matter, they seem to react to or create a form of Truth unique to each, away from choice, creathing the perfect illusion. The belief that others changed when ones come back is a strange belief from the one who comes back. Is it not the one who left for a while who changed? Or all? Or did he ever leave? Is there a change? Was there a change? What is change, if not another belief? What is a belief? Antoine
Guest guest
Dear Antoine, Your questions, though addressed to me, were addressing Tim's words, rather than mine it seems. I say 'it seems', because although those were Tim's words you were addressing, your post is synchronistically, right on the spot for me, and if Tim doesn't mind, I would appreciate walking with you a bit here.... you said: (snip) >Enjoying ones 'beliefs' can be a choice according to others 'beliefs'. Belief is a perception - self originating or not - that attaches itself to the 'eye', such that it becomes a 'tinting' of ones perceptual lens. As to change...hmmm.... I notice, when operating in the realm of the personality (which is still most all of the time <s>), that as other people's perceptions of me change...it inevitably, changes their behavior towards me....which then effects (though sometimes only subtly) not only my own behavior towards them, and my perception of them as well, but also my behavior and thoughts in general. Thus WE, the collective 'we' in the engagement, have not changed - at the core - yet, perhaps due to one sometimes 'mistaken' perception, our total relationship has altered, and sometimes, our interactions with others has changed, as well. So, perhaps the answer would be.. that which is eternal and truth has not changed....only the dreamscape, the landscape (or sandbox)...changes. And when we finally 'see' this..... this dream dance we are living...we find that we are no longer subject to such change-ability. Antoine, your style of 'asking questions' suits me very well, and if you don't mind walking further (should more questions come to mind), I would appreciate them sincerely, as there seems to be something underneath all this for me which is seeking to see the light of day. in appreciation, Melody
