Spiritual consciousness it is. It can manifest imperceptibly and most times does, in those doing japa etc. It really is neither in or out of the body but everywhere. There are energy movements in some people,(including myself), but they don't have to be noticeable. I think being fixated on this energy is very dualistic. One should do one's Sadhana and let Kundalini take care of herself and yourself. Love Tony.
