Non-doership! Action without care for the fruits of the results! Thusly one is aloof; abiding in the world of the bound and the Self-realized, he remains untouched by karma. His form still plays the part in the intricate game, but his Self is untouched. The teacher remains on the playground to observe the children; aloof from their mundane activites, yet part of the event. So it is with Karma Yoga.
