Marcia,

The opinions you quoted were from those who are ignorant of Kundalini.

This is very judgmental of you. Perhaps it is you who had a false

experience of Kundalini, maybe it was purely imaginary and it happened

because your mind, in desire to experience it, made it happen. To make

such a judgment of others without knowing anything about them is immature.

Writers such as you have described lacked the courage to face the worst

Once again, it is crude, judgmental, and lacking in common sense to assume

that either you or your particular faith (Shaivism) hold any ultimate

claims to Truth. You have lost much credibility with me in this posting.

Not that you ever had a heck of a lot to begin with. You cling to your

particular teaching and particular guru (Nityananda) like an infant clings

to its bottle.

I think it is the voice of experience.

This is like a person who has never had an orgasm telling another person

that he may have imagined it... Kundalini is very physical indeed... If

someone tried to tell me I only imagined it, what could I do but laugh? :)

Kundalini is not the sole property of Shaivism... it is universal... it

happens to people of all faiths... and of none. Marcus has not claimed

that the Kundalini energy/process belongs to his faith alone. He simply

offers insights into it.

This is uncalled for... rude and crude.

We are fortunate to have one who has known Nityananda on this list.

In the style of Bruce Morgen, "Opinion noted."

Why? Who is "we?" Nityananda is nobody to me. Who do you speak for?
