Guest guest
Hello Friends! It seems like I've come home. Once, almost 2 years ago, I joined the "original" Kundalini list at a point when I knew practically nothing about Kundalini. I remember listening with great interest as Harsha, Angelique, Gloria, Janpa, Lobster (whatever happened to that guy?) and others relayed the Reality of Self upon me. The list had a most incredible effect on me. I began to experience the Play of Shakti within my own frame. Waves of energy began to ripple up my back as I would just sit and read the posts. I got the feeling that the list was an actual vehicle of Shakti transmission -- a shaktipat of sorts. I grew a voracious appetite for wisdom teachings. I began reading many books by Yogananda, Baba Muktananda, Rudi, Ramana Maharshi, Adi Da, and everything that I felt drawn to read. My seeker's attitude grew. I took up Pranic Healing, a form of energy healing taught to me by my teacher and friend Navin Sharma. As my chakras were consciously activated and as I became aware of the Prana that pervades existence, I began to meditate. My meditation has been sporadic at best. I do not do any specific Yoga, but I am looking for teachers in my area (Washington, D.C suburbs). After a while of subscribing to the original list, I changed jobs (about 1 1/2 years ago) and lost contact with you. Until now. Last night, there was an incredible moon. I was in a sort of torpor -- I was incredibly tired all day. When I laid down last night in my bed, my body was wonderfully relaxed. I felt the familiar "buzz" in the Ajna and Sahasrara that always responded to my attention. I reached a deep state of Trance, but then I fell asleep (I guess trying to meditate when you're lying down at night isn't the best way to meditate, huh?). When I d again to this list last evening, I read the welcome letter and immediately felt pleasant ripples of shakti rolling up my back. I can honestly say, it feels like home. I'd be honored to contribute to this list in any way I can. Thanks for having me, Adon _______ Get your free @ address at
