Guest guest
The Ahimsa list is a gathering of spiritual seekers and masters from all spiritual and religious traditions, or outside any traditions, who emphasize the teachings of nonviolence and hold reverence to all life as the primary principle of life. Ramana Maharshi, the great sage of Arunachala who has blessed us, has stated that Nonviolence or Ahimsa is the Supreme Religion (Ahimsa Paramo Dharmo). My teacher Chitrabhanuji, the first Jain master to ever leave India and travel abroad brought with him the blessings of the Jaina teachings on Ahimsa. Chitrabhanuji taught me that when the feeling of Nonviolence or (No harm) is carried to the extreme in consciousness, Self-Realization is the natural, effortless result. We bow to the great sages and saints in all religions and traditions who have shown that the way to Peace, Understanding, and Wisdom, is through holding reverence for all life dear in our hearts. May our life be a blessing to all living beings and never a curse. May the light of Self dispel all anger, fear, hate, cruelty, and may we all embrace each other as our Own Self. God bless you all with everything that is best in life. OM Shanti, Shanti, Shanti. Om Shanti. Om Shanti. Peace.
