I've had K rising while biking to the extent that I can't bike anymore b/c I took too many chances. I was a hazard to health and life for others while on a bike, zig zagging in and out of traffic, between ppl walking on the pavement etc. Once, I even crashed into a parked car. K rose while swimming in cold waters last fall and I got a 2 hour long hypothermia from it. Dangerous. Some forms of exercise might be more effective in bringing K to the fore, but once it's there, I believe it matters less what you do, as long as it is effective and brings joy. >One also needs a good teacher, can't be done from >books, IMO. Thank you for your tips, Liliana ! Thanks for taking the time to reply. It's much apprciated even though I do not agree with all of them. Yes, I am currently looking for a teacher, as the only one present for the moment in energy work is K. It would have been nice to have a real life teacher, that is sure. But K. has been a good teacher so far and one which I always agree with, as opposed to what I probably would have with a real life teacher. I am not for the moment ready to trust another human being with my life, but I do that with K. Best regards, Amanda.
