I am wearing a green one today. You guys are totally funny and I love it. Listen. One can only see the masks of others through one's own mask. When one transcends one's own mask, others masks disappear as well. This was Antoine's point I believe. Truth is utterly Simple but because it is difficult to see what is so close, what One actually Is, We call It a Radical Understanding. Abiding in That, one is consumed by That, and becomes That. To be totally and utterly free is possible, because Freedom is our very Nature. How does one escape gravity? By taking a might jump or by becoming one with Gravity. Both lead to the same place. Because That is the only place there is. Hey, love you all.

Go out into space and gravity has no force. So places are different one from the other. As long as we live in a material body we will have a mask. The question is not one of mask or no mask but of whether I am identified with the mask. Have I handed my identity over to the mask and think that I am it. If I walk into a room of crowded people I manifest behavior. I breath in and I breath out. If I exist behind the in and the out breath I am not identified with the mask. But the body still breaths, waits in line to pay for a ticket into the movies, changes a diaper, and on and on. It is possible to look into another person's eyes and see if there is anybody home or not. No one is awake all the time.

Thanks for your insightful comments. Perhaps what you say is symbolic of the fundamental human spiritual dilemma. First we put the masks on to fool others and soon we ourselves are fooled into thinking that we are the masks. I thought your last post on masks had much depth as well. It was also very funny as I thought you were referring to a particular person on the list in your comments. Well that's just my mask (pink with blue stripes) interpreting your mask. :--). Thanks again for sharing the wisdom.

The fact that you got the message was the communication going on between the words or behind the masks. :--)

Usually it is some form of defense against something we can't handle or just imitation of everyone else with their mask on or we learn that to get something we need we learn to wear a mask. It is consensus reality or the world dream. We fall asleep to the masks. I guess what I am saying is that in most cases the behavior was justified when it originated but to keep repeating it without variance whether applicable to the situation in the moment because we think we are the behavior is where the difficulty is. We become identified with it. We become it. To act appropriately in the moment is to choose the appropriate mask for the moment. Sometimes yellow with a smiley face and sometimes pink with blue stripes.
Guest guest
Except, maybe, for those that are. :-) Disclaimer - I don't include myself in the aforementioned small minority, not by a long shot. ---------- > Marcia Paul <jacpa > No one is awake all the time.
