Guest guest
Hi Tim, >In other words, kundalini and tantra are popular for the same reason >cocaine and heroin and marijuana and LSD are popular. They generate Is having active Kundalini really popular now? I'd like to hear more about that!! In 1932 Kundalini awakening had rarely, if ever, been seen in the West; that was noted by Carl Jung and colleagues at a symposium on Kundalini. Clearly, spontaneous K. awakenings were unknown in the West. Since then, so much of the ancient knowledge of the East has come to us and many people became involved in various forms of meditation, yoga, martial arts, healing, etc. And Kundalini began to appear more and more. My impression is that there's a real explosion of K. in the Western world... or maybe I should say epidemic. Many of us do seem to be K-contagious. On the big K-list we see many people who had spontaneous K-awakenings and at first had no idea what was happening. But I hadn't heard that it's popular in some quarters. Some people have encountered such prejudice and doubt that they don't want to tell anyone. I can't really talk to my own kids about it... they simply don't believe it. So I'd very much like to know where it's becoming popular. Is it among a certain age group? A certain segment of society? A certain part of the country? In the colleges? Thanks so much... I'm in college, have had one year in college in New Age Town USA = Eugene (Oregon) and never heard anything about K there, although a lot about Reiki... Best regards, Amanda.
