Guest guest
Dear Friends, I'm temporarily on "No mail" status while I deal with the loss of a Guru I didn't even know I had until she was gone. I do not know if I will be missed, but hopefully someone out there has found a few gems of truth in the big pile of sand I've showered onto these lists over these last five months. For those who got sand in their eyes, I ask forgiveness. You know, the ultimate nondual truth is that there is no nondual truth. There is only That. There is death to ego for those who think that ego exists. There is giving up of self for those that believe there was ever a self to give up. There is death for those who believe in death. All of samsara, including time, space and causality, consists of the belief systems "we" hold in our minds, our so-called learning, and our conditioning. But this supposed ignorance is Atman also. There is not ignorance, nor is there lack of ignorance. There is only That. Rejoice that there is nothing to be done, and nothing that need be known. All that can be known or believed or spoken resides in the mind. And beyond what is known, nothing at all can be spoken of. The final, unspoken words of my Guru to me are this: Follow the way your heart leads always, not your mind. You are free. Nobody and nothing can take this freedom away from you. All of creation stands free in That, and You are That. Take joy in this. There is nothing more to do than to stand up, walk and be free. It's kind of a cliche, but if you're crippled, a simple touch of the hem of the Infinite should do the trick.
