I would like to welcome some new members and thank Gregg Goode, Keith, Doug,

Janpa, Madhya, Jan, Andrew, Linda, Christiana, Gloria Lee, Gloria Greco,

David Hodges, Dirk, David Bozzi, Gene, Bruce, Silvia, Jill, Gill, Amanda,

Chris Hughes, Antoine, Holly, Jerry, Christopher Wynter and many other

members for their sharing and some great contributions. I believe we also

now have our old friend TG on the list and we look forward to hearing from

her. Due to time constraints, I am not always able to respond quickly to

queries or questions. I am heartened by the fact that we have a strong

assembly of yogis, meditators, and sages here with such rich scholarly and

practical backgrounds that answers or discussions can arise from a variety

of sources and we are all grateful for that. Please never be afraid to

repost a question, persist in your query or even insist on something. The

Divine can speak through any mouth and in our heart we know what is right

for us and what is meant for us and what is not. Understand when Silence is

the Right Answer. The Ultimate Truth is the Self. The Guru is simply the

Self manifesting outside to draw within. Realizing the Silence Within, We

see that there is no outside. When God is Everywhere, how can there be an

inside and an outside.
