I'm taking a vacation...

Dear Lists,

 

It's time for me to take a vacation from these lists once again. I see

that my direct, "shoot from the hip," no-holds-barred presentation of what

I know as truth is annoying the "treat everyone only with love and respect

and politeness" camp. Therefore, I will be leaving to give the "happy

sappy's" a break from my particular, direct approach. Lately, I've taken

on more of the "Ultimate Nonduality" perspective as outlined in Jerry's

Nonduality FAQ:

WHAT IS NONDUALISM?

 

Nondualism is a perspective holding ultimate reality to be of the nature of

sameness or homogeniety.

 

There are at least three kinds of nondualism.

 

One kind, Ultimate Nondualism, directly knows The Absolute as that sameness

or homogeneity.

I recognize that this perspective can be severely disturbing to those who

are not inclined to dedicate themselves to anything less than the highest

and most profound truths, no matter how badly it might hurt to know them.

I've also recognized at least one individual who is actively 'preaching'

nonduality from a blind, one-sided view that is profoundly disturbing to

myself.

 

Thus, I take my leave, both for my own benefit and the benefit of everyone

on the lists.
