Are you proposing a system of exercising to increase wisdom and reduce fear

in the body?

No, I am referring to work in awareness.

If a system of exercising helps you do this, then fine.

I am thinking more in terms of living experience as the teacher.

The learning that occurs through the body seems to me

to be key, because I view the mind as associated with the body

and as a reaction to problematic situations of the body.

Clearing this up in the body is the ending of the chain of

associations where it is most deeply rooted, IMO.

Awareness, as freedom, is neither mind nor body.
