Actually, you're wrong about this. Microwaves are above the Ultra-High-Frequency (UHF) radio spectrum, they are extremely high in frequency. Don't take my word for it, look it up. I've been interested in radio for years. The shorter the wavelength, the higher the frequency. Since microwaves, as you say, have a "miniscule" wavelength, the frequency is extremely high, far above that of visible light. The longer the wavelength, the LOWER the frequency. The shorter the wavelength, the HIGHER the frequency.
