I'm pretty "good" as far as the Here and Now goes. See, why should I listen to someone else's intellectual garbage (and that's all the intellect is, garbage - thought will get you nowhere, no matter how profound) if at the very outset it fails to resonate with my own? It's really that simple. There's a mind here, essentially separate from Who I AM, and that mind wants what it wants, it has its own nature. I neither fight against that, nor encourage it, simply let it be. In this case, the mind didn't want to hear what it heard as dualistic, so it did not listen to the rest. Is there something "wrong" or illogical about this? >> >This is the most important lesson (and most difficult) >> >for you to master as you journey through the world... >> >> This sounds a bit preachy to me. > >Perhaps, but it was not for you. Say again? That didn't make any sense. Do you mean you were "talking to yourself?" I didn't get the meaning.
