Guest guest
Hello Dan .. Hey listen I wanted to ask you if you equate the primary boundary as being fear archetype? (By this I mean an energy of fear flavour). That's what I label it. Love and non resistance (which is what love is - seems to replace fear with trust and acceptance of all that is - even fear!) ~*~ "Like Obi Wan in Star Wars? Did you notice how he was flickering? Forms have to flicker because they're objects of perception. A form of awareness emerges from the ground of no-form. The awareness isn't in the form apart from the ground. The form is changing instant to instant. " Well you know .. when I studied Vedic Science I was told that expansion and contraction are the structuring dynamics of the unified field. And that this is like birth & death in every moment - like as you say - constant creation - yet also constant dissolution, to allow further expansion. I have wondered if becoming more aware of this (Self 'creating/dying' process) is what may mean for some tests with fear. Fear I equate with contraction and love with expansion. Just watch how our bodies are when we feel both. I guess this might explain a flickering in and out of form. Where do 'we' go when out of form and in transcendence? Nobody there to say! Just playing ideas, Col
Guest guest
Colette - I like your ideas on this topic much. Expansion and contraction as primal movement is resonant with my experience. The way you integrated fear in with contraction works well for me. When we make an integration like this, we see that "fear" has a place along with all other energy expressions. The contractive aspect assists the expansive aspect, and each provides a balance for the other. You asked about fear. I would integrate fear into the "contractive" aspect of reality, along with other things, including memory and intellectual logic, which have important contractive functions. So, for me, fear would not be primary to the original boundary. Contraction and expansion are movement through the primal boundary. It is very difficult to put this primary boundary into words, as any human word cannot possibly be constitutive of "primary boundary." Perhaps I might use the dynamic of "forgetting and remembering" as a metaphorical attempt to address the primary boundary. Remembering ends boundary. Forgetting is boundary. What is forgotten? The purity of undisturbed Allness. This forgetting is not an accident, in my opinion, not a tragic mistake that we are meant to undo. It is activity of Allness, and we benefit when we can reconstitute Allness as inclusive of forgetting. We then can participate fully in the universal movement/moment of forgetting/remembering which constructs and disintegrates all boundaries (a movement to which you alluded in your paragraph about Vedic Science).
