I am truly sorry the result this time was spoiled by one rotten apple. Yet you still have an incredible success story. Anytime people will be so loyal as to show this devotion without getting pay..is incredible. Hey, its easy to be liking getting rich. There seems to be a cultural myth that profit not only is a main concern, but must be the "only concern" of business. This adversarial relationship of owners vs workers may even be worsening in an era of more job mobility. I hope Harsha will use your inspiring story..because I still believe your values and principles were proven successful. How many bosses get invited to parties, even when they stay in business?
