Our parents did not understand the truth of us, their children ... they projected their lack of understanding and their need to understand onto us .... rather than accepting us as the embodiment of Atman they saw us a small ego's whish were the reflection in minature of their ego's ... their unconscious memories which they could not cope with ... as we grew older, we forgot that ... buried it into the realms of our own unconscious furthur separating our conscious from our consciousness ...
