positive effects on the immune system whey isolate is better. Whey isolate

down the

molecular size of the proteins. This is how the high concentration of di &

tri peptides are

produced. (AKA low molecular weight peptides) They are highly usable by the

body because

they are very small & simple as opposed to very long chains of proteins

tough time breaking down & using. As with all enzymatic processes the enzyme

is absent the
