Where is the mind?

Namaste Brothers and Sisters,

 

With regard to the recent chat on mind. It was my

impression that there is no mind. Only bundles of

thoughts.

For example when one awakens in the morning there is a

small period of 'no thought', and then in quick

succession, where am I? what do I have to do? etc etc.

So arises the string which is 'mind'.

 

It seems to me the 'mind' goes out to objects not the

reversal, we are seeing them as they arise. We cannot

separate ourselves from 'the mind', anymore than a

whirlpool can separate itself from the river. It seems

to be all rising together, that is the illusion I

suppose. Ultimately of course it doesn't rise at all.

Just covering myself ha ha ha .
