Guest guest
Glo:To me criticizing, over-analyzing, and thinking too much are roughly equivalent "disorders." When my mind is going in circles like a stuck record, yes I do want these thoughts to stop. More thinking about how or why my mind does this is not helpful at that time. "Somehow" I redirect my attention to tune into a more peaceful channel. I agree that "thinking stop thoughts" does not work either, while losing myself in flowers or clouds does help. Again, you persist in expecting me to articulate this in some extrememly precise manner.. Geovani: Yes, i understand.....you just do it. Nagualists call this as "intent". But one can look at things from diferent perspectives, and sometimes it is interesting - sometimes not...Who can tell? Specificly about the matter of thought, i see it this way (at 13:22 30 th sept). If one sees the real source of thought, the question may have diferent aspects. Sometimes, then, one doesn't even have to try to stop them....and i am here talking of those insideus wondering-aimlessly thoughts. Pursuing a thought to it's very root, may taste bitter in the first few seconds....but might lead to a usefull angle of vision...
