"What is" also says that for every rule, there is at least one exception, including this rule.

G: Who said anything about doing you good? Your line here is "happy to serve." As you admitted above, you are the lesser of two evils. I DID say I was kidding, but now I have to wonder if it may just as well be good for us to have a few heroes and role models along the journey. Joseph Campbell seemed to think so. If Jesus represents what I aspire to become, for example, and of course my image and projection of what I "see" in Him constantly changes with growing revelations, doesn't this serve a good purpose for my growth in awareness? I think so. Choosing a teacher is perilous and needs careful consideration and I suppose one may overdo with expectations of perfection from time to time. Still, we DO learn from others, this is one way, and a very important one. I think Linda made a very valid observation that this teacher/role model is needed until no longer needed. G:Sometimes I kid you just to avoid gushing over you, Dan. That's gotten me in hot water elsewhere, so I try to cool it. But hey, I know wisdom when I see it. Besides that, you are fun and funny. Just very glad you are here and most times I don't even reply, since I can't keep up with your prolific output. > >>>D: Absolutely! Notice I didn't say what blissful thoughts I was thinking.... > >>All paths go somewhere. No path goes nowhere. So are you "what is" or not? And if "what is" capitulates, then who's checking? Is "what is" the rule or the exception? Should I agree and head for disaster or disagree and head for the abyss? If you are "what is", then who am I to disagree with you? In agreement as always, Love, Mira
Guest guest
Dear Mirror, > "Mirror" <mirror > > If you are "what is", then who am I to > disagree with you? > You are the reflection, and the reflection never disagree with "what is". How could the reflection have a question such ' who am i' ? You must be the ' what is' also mirror :-))) With Love, Nasir
