On the preceding note,

My mother ate too much sugar (she is not overweight)

but this can throw the body into first a sugar high

and then a crash, and drugs like prozac are what

were prescribed rather than balancing the energy (from

the loss of her husband's energy since he died)

and a good healthy diet.

Alcohol can cause this as well, just an fyi for those

of you who may suffer this.

Many types of panic and anxiety attacks can be gradually overcome without

the help of medications, I believe. Probably, it requires commitment to

self-exploration, therapy, and experimentation with Yoga exercises or other

types of exercises, meditation, walking with deep breathing. Diet, I am

sure plays an important role in anxiety producing symptoms. Drinking too

much coffee is not helpful either. However, this type of self-help is not in

the paradigm of many people and so medication is seen to be the only choice

available. Common sense has to be used. I have heard that some people use

medication like valium and Prozac when needed and then do therapy on the

side until they no longer need the prescriptions. The danger of getting

addicted to medication to relieve anxiety has been discussed. I believe

President Ford's wife had to go to rehabilitation in order to get off

prescription drugs. There are people who, according to medical sciences,

have chemical imbalances in the brain and this makes the use of medication

necessary in order for them to function. For them, the modern drugs might be

a blessing. It is a complex subject where answers are not always clear cut.

Compassion and understanding for those who suffer from mental problems is

important as the very foundation of perceived identity is undermined. For

most normal and healthy people, whenever possible, it seems Hippocrates

suggestion that one should let food be one's medicine, is a good one.

Their must be a reason why so many monks have a propensity to do their

retreat inside a cave of rock, on a mountain or in the desert. These all

have in common a stable magnetic field which literally holds the body

together (of course they do have the same thing in comon). It is a

subtle vibration, i admit. But many experience have been done on

clinical level on the necessity for the body to be in a stable magnetic

environment. Without the magnetic field, no formation of the 3d

structure of Dna, as it as been experimented already 12 years ago on

this planet and in space. Just to give points of research for those

interested.

The magnetic environment of our megacities is everything other than a

stable magnetic environment. And statistics do point directly for a

correlation between anxiety and cities. Of course noise and all that

have a greater short term effect. Going for vacation in a country can

really make wonders, in those of anxiety. A nice thing to pin point is

to what system the anxiety resonnates the more. Is it the nervous

system, or deeper the cell itself on dna level leading to cancer or

other things like that, or simply the emotional level, etc...

But our bodies, also, have this wonderful ability to adapt, and over

generations anxiety will probably have found deeper roots to work on, to

eat with appetite towards a walking equilibrium.

Wonder if wires :) will be still needed then? Or are they the solution

to maintain a living equilibrium from polluting to much our environment

from wanting to fast on a to large level to send specific information

via the global medium of air or space?
