I think Harsha once said, "now >I am glad to know less and less" this is true ... Dan: Anna Maria once said the life is light dancing. I would agree with that fully. Is light brought to light, as unconscious becoming conscious, or are barriers to light stripped away? I suppose that whatever works is useful. Light dances often unbenownst to us, unacknowledged by us, and without our awareness participating consciously. Sometimes we seem not to want to know, not in the sense of *unknowing* but in the sense of avoiding something inconvenient, uncomfortable, or "demanding". If bringing light to light is stripping away the ignorance of our assumed knowledge, then awareness is the only game in town. Does knowing less and less mean no reponsibility? I don't think so. When awareness is the only game in town, remaining unconscious (in the sense of trying to avoid or push away awareness and experience) is delusion, a double-bind self-contradiction. *Unknowing* as relaxation into full "awareness" can be viewed as the point where conscious and unconscious aspects of being are fully balanced and fully inform each other. In other words, the apparent barrier between conscious and unconscious is ended, the ego self identified with supposed consciousness is ended, and consciousness turns out to be "hand in glove" with "the unconscious." This isn't exactly making the unconscious conscious, it's the next step beyond that. It's not making anything, so that the unconscious and conscious are no longer two - some call this "pure consciousness" some "total awareness" some "God" some "Self" but we can't really name it, as it alone remains unnamed after everything else has been said.
