Sai Ram Brothers and Sisters,

Is it not that Maya isn't illusion, but the 'Power',

of 'creating', 'causing', the illusion. The veiling

and cause of seeing the rope in the snake. It is the

combination of the three gunas, Sathwa, Rajas and

Tamas.

I often see Maya written as the illusion when it is

the cause of it.

Love and Sai Ram, Tony.

Jim: Tony, could you tell me more about the three gunas? I don't know

anything about them, and my understanding of Maya is primitive at best.

Many thanks,

Jim
