Hello all. To answer Linda's query, yes there are references to the

connection between Heart and the Sahasarara in the Upanishads. The most

famous one is that.............Paraphrasing now........ out of the Heart go

out 101 nerves. One of them (the central one) goes out the thousand petaled

lotus. When the life force goes out that nerve, the yogi in not reborn. To

answer Dharma's question, Shuddhi means purity. Have been busy. But we have

some brilliant moderators here who can answer practically any questions.
