Guest guest
hi! i have been enjoying the online version of osho's tarot, and also love it when one of you shares a card. recently, i borrowed a copy of "Rajneesh Neo-Tarot", and share with you both versions of the card for today: Understanding: from the osho tarot: Understanding You are out of jail, out of the cage; you can open your wings and the whole sky is yours. All the stars and the moon and the sun belong to you. You can disappear into the blueness of the beyond.... Just drop clinging to this cage, move out of the cage and the whole sky is yours. Open your wings and fly across the sun like an eagle. In the inner sky, in the inner world, freedom is the highest value--everything else is secondary, even blissfulness, ecstasy. There are thousands of flowers, uncountable, but they all become possible in the climate of freedom. Osho, Christianity, the Deadliest Poison and Zen, the Antidote to all Poisons, Chapter 6 Commentary: The bird pictured on this card is looking out from what seems to be a cage. There is no door, and actually the bars are disappearing. The bars were an illusion, and this small bird is being summoned by the grace and freedom and encouragement of the others. It is spreading its wings, ready to take flight for the very first time. The dawn of a new understanding--that the cage has always been open, and the sky has always been there for us to explore--can make us feel a little shaky at first. It's fine, and natural to be shaky, but don't let it overshadow the opportunity to experience the lightheartedness and adventure on offer, right there alongside the shakiness. Move with the sweetness and gentleness of this time. Feel the fluttering within. Spread your wings and be free. Click Here for Another Reading Osho International Foundation 1995 and from the Rajneesh Neo Tarot c1983: "Understand that what you see in others is what you yourself are carrying. Your judgements are actually reflections of what is repressed or rejected within yourself." the Neo Tarot includes a teaching story: "Two Zen monks were crossing a river. They came across a very young and beautiful woman who wanted to cross too, but whe was afraid. So one monk took her on his shoulders and carried her to the other shore. The other monk was furious. He didn't say anything, but he was boiling within. This was prohibited! A Buddhist monk should not touch a woman , and this monk had not only touched, he had carried the woman on his shoulders. Miles passed. When they reached the monastery, as they were entering the door, the angry monk turned to the first and said, "Look, I will have to talk to the Master about this, I will have to report it. It is prohibited!" The first monk said, "What are you talking about? What is prohibited?" "Have you forgotten?" asked the second. "You carried that young beautiful woman on your shoulders!" The first monk laughed and he said, "Yes, I carried her. But I left her at the river, miles back. Are you still carrying her?" Rajneesh continues: "Your inner--repressed, rejected, thrown into the basement--also goes on being reflected in your actions. even sometimes when you avoid something, then too, in your very avoidance your understanding is shown." so much i am understanding today about the power of thought forms. to abide in knowing and love brings such peace. to empower negative or positive thought forms or to nurture them is crazymaking. as george harrison sang: "this is love, this is la la la la love!" namaste. blessings and peace to you all love, gen
