Missed this bit ..

You could try the food bit ...

did you know that thought and emotion has a smell and a taste ..

you can consciously "cleanse" the food you injest ..

and apart from not putting other people's stuff into your digestive system

and getting the runs from the restaurant under pressure

you might enjoy the taste ...

BTW .. I have found that consciously cleansing a babies bottle

of the mothers thoughts

immediately stops projectile vomitting

how is this so ...?

May be so ... but they are also the epitomy of Bhakti Yoga ....

you might remember I used the word consciously.....

and if I am to purify the self, do I need to take on these

(as you call them "gifts")

which are merely thought forms projected

(mostly unconsciously)

out of fear or need.

and deny the integrity of my self ...

Is it a waste of energy to remove the past

if it serves no purpose in the present

except to become the basis of future fear ...?

I see no need to process the random thoughts of others ...

In other words ..

I do not consider myself a sewerage transfer station.

You see, having conscious remembering of the state of clinical death,

I have a very clear awareness of the power of projected thought

and prayer ... and how it comes from need ..

and how it entraps the "soul" (for want of a better word here ..)

into expected or hoped for behaviour

I call that manipulation ... and having learned those "lessons"

I have no need to repeat them ...
