>xan: The thinking mind can know *about* no-mind as an idea,

>but no-thought is only known directly by that which does not think.

dharma: Well, since we are NOT our thinking minds, what difference does it

make what they can do or not do? :)))

~ For all those teaming masses who believe in the ultimate power of thought

....... ^,^

D: In my experience, you can alter any of your bodies, but you have to do it

from a higher level than the body you're working on.

~ makes sense

"Higher" I assume means subtler. The physical body is affected by

subconscious thought and it's condition can be modified through consciously

directed thought. The personal mental and emotional bodies can be altered

through contact with more refined energies, sometimes called 'spirit'.

Yes. One metaphor or another... it's all metaphor. :)

Yes... what I'm saying is something very specific. It's metaphoric

language, but I'm telling it straight in the only way I know. If you want

to work on the emotional body or the mental body... remove a block, for

instance, you need to work from the next level up. It's like, instead of

going into a maze and trying to explore the various pathways and find the

way out, you just go over in an airplane, and you can see the whole layout.

So from the next level up, you can look down and see where the blockage

is... and by one method or another, remove it. Maybe just reach down with

"energy fingers" and pull it out. Like looking into the insides of a

computer and removing the dust and the crumbs that fell in and maybe an

actual bug. :)))

Love,

Dharma
