Guest guest
Hi All, Yesterday on the TV news I heard about research that shows that holding a grudge... holding onto hurt and angry feelings from the past... causes physical stress and illness. It can actually damage organs! They showed a drawing of something in the brain related to a circle in the chest... but the newscaster didn't explain any details of the drawing. She did say that forgiveness is the ultimate stress relief... letting go of the past. It's good medicine... leads to good health. Love, Dharma

Like waves rising are not different than the ocean, all things arising from Awareness are of the nature of Awareness. Awareness does not come and go but is always Present. It is Home. Home is where the Heart Is. Jnanis know the Heart to be the Finality of Eternal Being. A true devotee relishes in the Truth of Self-Knowledge, spontaneously arising from within into It Self.
