The thinking mind lives in choice by selecting one or the

other of opposites -- good or bad, beauty or ugliness, love

or hate, fat or thin, emotional or non-emotional, etc. --

then it vigorously defends it's choices as it's version of

reality --which means that reality has been defined by the

choices made by this mind. It is not the actual reality --

it's simply an illusory reality. This is the type of reality

that 99 and 44/100 percent of the earth's population dwell

in. This is the reality vigorously defended by the

individual and the community-at-large. This is the cause

of all problems, many illnesses, and catastrophes such as

war.

The non-dual mind is choiceless. An analogy might be that

it simply happens on the razor's edge -- that place that is

neither this nor that but the place where one experiences

what is when there are no opposites. The thinking mind is

gone -- what is left is a bright, clear, choiceless

awareness -- Reality, if you will. This has been described

as a place of infinite peace, a place of connectedness to

the true self, etc. It can really only be experienced. It

cannot be described accurately. It simply is impossible to

talk in non-dual words.

Remember words are merely pointers to this condition -- if

you get stuck in the words -- you are back in your thinking

version of reality.

So merely totally relax and allow Reality to unfold.

Ahhhhhhh
