Self-esteem

Rule 0:

Look not for self-esteem -

and define self-esteem not

by others' rules.

By not seeking self-esteem,

thou may find it where one is.

For the truest self-esteem

is when there is no thought

of esteeming self.

Love,

Dan

Dear Dan:

Polly Berrien Behrends writes, about children, that self-esteem, is not

feeling good about one self, but about being one's self....or words to that

effect.

Love, Kristi

back into the Space of Awareness. Like waves rising are not different than

the ocean, all things arising from Awareness are of the nature of Awareness.

Awareness does not come and go but is always Present. It is Home. Home is

where the Heart Is. Jnanis know the Heart to be the Finality of Eternal

Being. A true devotee relishes in the Truth of Self-Knowledge, spontaneously
