This again is an attribute of the Sakti or Iswara or 'God', with attributes. Even though it may be non-dual in as much we are talking about one universal thought. The non attributeless non-state cannot be written about for there it is beyond even 'God'. One cannot describe ultimate meditation, one can only go as far as the Universal Mind in description. Even then the descriptions, are Bliss, Peace, Silence. 'The Peace that passeth all understanding'--Jesus. Does Jesus mean attributes or non-attributes? Only he knows.
