The point of meditation is to experience directly without any kind of

perceptually conditioned filters whatsoever. The meditation experience is no

different than the nature of reality. When we practice meditation

sufficiently we can begin to see that the natural state of mind is always

present. It is our mental concepts that keep us from experiencing this

natural state of mind.
