Guest guest
Hi KKT, I meant to also give you Lynea Weatherly's hand position for fear. Whenever you feel afraid, use the hand position... just hold it for a minute or two. When it becomes uncomfortable, that's a sign that your emotional body is clear of that emotion. It doesn't get rid of it forever, though... but you can use it whenever you feel the need. If the position is uncomfortable from the beginning, that means that something else needs to be done... maybe a realignment of bodies or enquiry into an issue of old emotional or mental habit patterns that can be cleared away. >FEAR: Place Heels of Hands on Pelvic Bone, Fingers slightly angled >downwards towards the Pubic Bone / Groin Lynea calls this "the cowboy position." )) If you're wearing jeans, you can stick your hands in the pockets and hold the position, and nobody else will notice anything odd at all. Love, Dharma P.S. There are 10 hand positions for various fear-based emotions... if you'd like them all, drop me a private email.
