Guest guest
Namaste All, (The supposedly, 'realised',jerry I mentioned was off NDS, by the way.) When I was a young boy, I was much older and wiser than when I became an adult. I used to sit next to rocks and have energy coursing through my body. It was Kundalini but I didn't know at the time. I also used to climb a mountain in the summer ,when staying at my Aunts small hill farm in Cumbria. There I would lie in a dip in the Earth and have strange sleeps,(meditations), up there in the cold by myself. I didn't have a return of K until much later on in my life. My spirituality was clouded with thoughts and knowledge or avidya for too long. K experience to me is not the 'teacher', but the clearer of the way to allow the teaching to occurr. It seems to me that my overt symptoms were only in the early days of my sadhana/practice. (They started with heavy vibrations in my heart chakra area! So much so that I fell over in meditation.) For I started purification by becoming vegetarian etc. This lightened up the vibrations, plus I had already stopped smoking and drinking alcohol. So combined with Japa and meditation, the K rose without those extreme cleansing pranas. Sri Sarada Devi said Japa will rise K, and this is my experience, even today! I still have some cleansing pranas but they are smooth and enjoyable. I do not wish to get attached though! The Sakti itself is of course coming from the Heart Centre and raises one's awareness, the prana K comes from the muladhara. One cannot 'feel', the Sakti until the day of realisation. I suppose a person who didn't need to cleanse their bodies, nadis and buddhi would not need heavy overt K. The manifestation would be in bliss and awareness in the vijnanmayakosa. Love and Om Namah Sivaya, Tony. ===== http://members.xoom.com/aoclery/sanskritglos.htm ASATHO MA SATH GAMAYA, From the unreal lead me to the real, THAMASO MA JYOTHIR GAMAYA, From darkness, lead me to light, MRITHYOR MA AMRITAM GAMAYA.From death, lead me to immortality.
