consciousness, this subject "I" will begin to effect a churning sensation

within your nervous system that will systemically delete the mental concept

that there is an "I" identity associated with the images appearing in the

mind, whether apparently externally originated or internally.

 

The this churning will be focalized in the area of the Heart to the right of

the sternum, causing a disengagement of the focusing power of attention in

the mind/brain of all images, impressions and sensations, such that the idea

of identity will begin to entirely fade and be effaced from the

consciousness.

 

Neither thought nor silence will be possible, as a Singularity will begin to

appear within this core in the Heart, causing the "spaghettification" of all

images, such that only Self will remain without any concept at all. Time and

space will entirely cease.
